Abaad Business is the workforce division of MENA Business Investment Group, operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Abaad Business.

What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form on this website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your company name
- Your email address
- The service you selected as being of interest
- The content of your message
- The date and time of your submission, and the IP address the submission came from
We do not collect a phone number through this form. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information such as identity document numbers, salary records or health information through this form.
Why we use it
We use the information you provide for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and provide the workforce services you have asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit agreement.
The IP address and submission timestamp are used only to protect the form against automated abuse and to rate-limit submissions.
Legal basis
We process this information on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the consent box before submitting the form, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is handled by the Abaad Business team and, where relevant to your request, by colleagues within MENA Business Investment Group. We also use the following service providers, who process data on our instructions:

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies by default. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are read, and whether the enquiry form is completed.
